The Durham Wood Carvers

Or just want to try your hand at wood carving as a form of recreation and as a hobby?

We are a friendly group of lads and lassies who meet once
a month in Wellgate School, Durham, where the School's woodworking facilities are kindly made available to us.
Meetings run from 7:00p.m. to 9:00p.m. and we pay just
£1 each to cover the hire of the room - and tea and biscuits!
Whatever your level of experience and ability you will find a
friendly welcome and helpful advice about this enjoyable,
low cost hobby.
Just come along on the first Tuesday of any month or ring
